Final Outcome
10 uniforms are RLSH project inspired and modified to suit both genders.
Facial hair is available for both genders.
Each body has a choise of 3 faces.
There are also logos, masks, hats and glasses to choose from. The only thing that's left is hair, and I will be ready to start making the first part of my game.
These are the codes I used to try and make the object available for colouring. However it didn't work, even if there were no errors or warnings.
I did the code and changed my objects into buttons and it still doesn't work. Even though the preview recognises that it is.
I tried another code, which instead of button instance, requires movieclip:

on (press) {
startDrag ("");
}
on (release) {
stopDrag () {
}

>>>>>>>>>>>>> still same problem.
This code finally worked!!!

although error messages still appear, in preview it works!
glitch with colouring command. It changes, but in black, no matter what colour I pick and the colours are not set to black. I think it might be the main body.

After a few days of confusion, I decided not to bother with the colouring in part of my idea. After all, dress up games rarely include that and also I was already basing the costumes of the already existing RLSHs. So I just coloured them exactly how they were meant to be. I tried to pick a more or less neutral skin colour. This is the first part of my game.

Part 2 of my game
These are the only commands I could find information on, which relate to what I want to do with my game.

I didn't do proper graphics on my game because I would add more effects if I could.

I would add bad guys, fire probability, police arrest if do the wrong action, panels etc.
